PPGI flat sheets are pre-painted galvanized steel sheets. Using high-quality galvanized steel coils as the base material, they are first processed into pre-painted galvanized steel coils. These coils are then cut to the required dimensions to produce flat sheets. This ready-to-use metal material can serve as a base for further processing into products like PPGI corrugated sheets and PPGI custom-shaped components.

PPGI Flat Sheet Applications

PPGI flat sheets are products directly processed from PPGI steel coils. They can be used as-is or fabricated into corrugated panels for the following applications:

Storage and Construction Precautions

Storage Precautions

• Store indoors in a dry, well-ventilated area; avoid outdoor stacking.
• Stack panels away from corrosive substances like acids and alkalis.
• Limit stacks to no more than 5 layers. Place moisture-proof film and wooden spacers between layers to prevent deformation and rusting from moisture.

Construction Precautions

• Use CNC cutting machines to minimize coating abrasion; promptly apply rustproofing to cut edges.
• During bending, ensure the bending radius is no less than 5 times the panel thickness to prevent coating peeling from excessive stretching.
• Maintain construction temperatures between 5-35°C (41-95°F) with relative humidity ≤85% to ensure stable coating adhesion.
